Thai Yoga Massage: Currently Not Offering This Service
Also referred to as Assisted Stretching or Assisted Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient bodywork practice designed to access the body’s meridians to allow for greater energy flow throughout the body. You’ll leave a Thai Yoga Massage feeling both energized and relaxed, with an enhanced connection between mind, body, and spirit. Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes in duration.

Emotional Eating Coaching Support
These are uncertain times, and it makes sense that you may be turning to food in order to cope.
Feeling out of control around food right now is your body’s way of coping with feeling out of control – it is your body’s way of communicating with you.
This discounted, limited-time program will include one month (4 sessions) of personalized 1:1 coaching with me around the topic of emotional eating. I will support you in identifying the underlying reason for your emotional eating, and provide you with real-life, practical steps to free yourself from feeling controlled by food.
