Emotional Bean Bag Release Sessions

Whether you realize it or not, past messaging you've received in your life has created unwanted patterns & limiting beliefs that continue to hold you back from reaching the life you desire. 

If emotions continue to remain unprocessed, they can show up as resentment, fatigue, depression, anxiety, injury, chronic illness, and disease.
