Do you find yourself living in a constant state of anxiety around the size & shape of your body? When I was a chronic dieter, I lived in one of two states of mind: When I tried to be relaxed around food, I lived in fear of gaining weight, and when I was dieting, I was in fear that I wouldn’t be able to lose weight again.

Being anti-diet does not mean I’m anti-health. In fact, diets are inherently anti-health.
There’s a massive misconception that being anti-diet means I encourage clients to eat endless amounts of “junk food” day in and day out without moving their bodies.
